Using the existing brick firehouse used originally in the 1800's for making original bricks for local construction, the layout was reconfigured and gained approval to convert it to a larger house with open plan kitchen and extra accommodation
Full planning permission was required for this house refurbishment. Included in the works was reconfiguring the internal layout, front and rear extensions and landscaping.

A wonderful period building which was used as an office prior to its residential change of use. We undertook a complete refurbishement and design of the property to create a high end luxurious home including some very fine details.
A budget of £1.5m was spent on this house which spread over 5 floors. A beautiful living space was created with a large kitchen to bespoke library on the ground floor.
